I agree with your take on it Manti....I think we'll see it sooner rather than later...... also with the comment that they do need to clarify the Technimed situation as soon as they can...been a long time coming .....

The problem with even commenting on any possible SEC filings manti is that it basically shoots the whole "just wait for the form 10" chatter that's been so prevalent on this board since the start of this year down for the time being & who knows for how long from here.

I feel bad for everyone stuck here but instead of getting any better or mgmt steppin' up & providing any true transparency on Tecnimed, funding, share structure, audited fins for '08 & of course the rumored form 10...it's gotten worse over the past few weeks instead of better...as one would expect IF mgmt had things firing on all cylinders behind the scenes these days.

Nothin' would please me more than to be proven wrong on my perspective of the current situation...& I do wish those of you stuck here nothin' but the best...but after reading ron's entire message IF I was holdin' I'd sell & put my salvaged coin to better use elsewhere...on a table with more imminent upside kind of thing & far less uncertainty k glty & all who remain:)
