doog: The way I read Ron's statement about the timing of the sec filing is not that it is NOT imminent, but that he is refusing to let any of his statements be construed to indicate timing of the filing. He's doing this because he considers timing of the filing material information not to be released until it is officially released... at least that's the way I understand it after past conversations with him on the topic.
