Do you think they are just going to go belly up? They are in major retailers. It's not like they are going to stop selling their products. I think there will be some major news in the next couple of weeks. If not,the last PR they came out with, will hold me over for awhile.
I always appreciate your thoughts. I do believe you are misinterpreting Ron's comment about the sec filing. He's just covering his butt and being consistent with his policy of not even hinting at future material events. I do have other sources besides Ron, and they ALL confirm that the form 10 is in progress. Heck, what do you think Ron was hinting at vis a vis his limited communications with the cfo so she could attend to her duties if not to tell us that she is busy with the audit and form 10 and needs to be left alone to get it done? I really think it will get filed very soon... they can't afford to put it off much longer or they will have to start all over again on the financials.
I'm sure you're also getting a kick out of the theory that ele and lazar are one and the same...;-)
