OT: Let us just get what We may from this...and it just may be one of those times that We actually get a "feast"...and CMKX and Company will come out of this having done something "good and right" for a change!!!

We are simply playing in a "Den of Thieves"...it is a game...pure and simple.

It is my opinion...especially at Ihub here ...there are plenty of "agents" watching and interacting...and they are of a higher caliber and operate much more clandestine in nature...because of the types of traders that are here, for the most part. They play with the 'psyche' here with a bit more panache....that is all! Probably would surprise some of Us as to "who" some of them are.

Whether it be behind the scenes of
The New York Stock Exchange,
The Nasdaq,
OTCBB,
Pink Sheets,
The DTC,
Federal Reserve System,
Securities and Exchange Commission,
and on and on and on...each feeds the other...

We feed on the crumbs...

BUT...some times...We can grab a pretty "big" snack...and many small snacks on the way.

Al... most of the shareholders in CMKX resent having out-spoken bashers on this board... period!

This SHOULD be a place where shareholders come to discuss their investment... you are so very right. This is NOT Ragingbull... BASHER HEAVEN... yet, it is very apparent that the moderators of this board allow the 24/7 bashing of OUR investment to continue.

The real unfortunate part is many of the SHAREHOLDER'S posts that respond to the basher posts ARE DELETED! How reasonable is that??? AND... how many of the basher posts are delted??? very few, in my opinion.

Janice has clearly stepped over the line when she posted that about sending PRs... yes PRs to the SEC. And 'tout' posts as well??? You have got to be kidding me...

I ask the moderators of this board... and Matt of IHUB to take a closer look at what is going on here. Are other boards infiltrated with bashers as well??? If not, then why is it being allowed here???

I want to put this out there... in my opinion, the bashing is allowed, and possibly even encouraged, because at least one of the main moderators is AGAINST CMKX... feels it is a scam. I do not know Matt's personal opinion of CMKX. But, ALL of these boards should be regulated the same! Period... And if a moderator of a particular stock board finds that he no longer believes in the stock, then he should look to transfer his role over to a shareholder who does believe in the stock.

Will this post be deleted??? If so... WHY??? Guess we will find out soon enough. I am going to copy it and send it to Matt for his review and thoughts.

Look at it this way

Removing her ability to post on this board wouldn't stop her from forwarding info to the SEC

Censoring her accomplishes nothing imo. I haven't found her to be a "disruptive" poster and for that matter I didn't have a problem with fung derf... in fact I think banning him from the board was wrong.

Janice's crusade is her own business, and obviously she finds herself in the minority here but nevertheless has a right to express her opinions in a respectful and intelligent manner like everyone else.

I certainly would rather see a well thought out "negative" post than say a ridiculous "pumper" post like this:

Al, have you ever considered that Janice and others like her (myself for example) are not so much interested in seeing average investors like you lose your money, but are interested in stopping scam artists like UC make money?

I've seen too many lives ruined by UC over the years to let it keep going without comment. You people are soooo in the dark. You have no idea about this man's past. We do...most of the scams were perpetrated in our back yard over the past 15 years.

There's enough litigation against him in the Prince Albert area alone to keep a team of Roger Glenn's going for the next 15 years.

The SEC does not halt or revoked stocks from trading on the mere say so of a disinterested 3rd party. Their website is open to all to file complaints.

If they discover in the course of their investigation that the complaint was erroneous then nothing will happen and the stock will continue trading.

I wouldn't sweat one person filing a complaint about a stock. Unless of course the complaint was factual.

Isn't that why Enforcement has an email box available to the public?

I also think if ihub doesn't already have a board that suits these peoples' purpose....I suggest these people start their own board. Chat amongst themselves all day and all night long.

When/if we want to know what their thoughts are....we can go down the hall and read or ask.

Al.... like I have said for many years now..I just ignore, hide or whatever the option is on the board. Engaging them in their creation of chaos is like walking into a spider web...they have you trapped and that is what they are here for....period.

They are kicking this boards azz imo because a majority of the posts here revolve around 5-7 individuals and their innuendos and lies. What is really interesting is that some people really think they can "get through" to these people"....SORRY it isn't going to happen.

It doesn't matter if they say the world is flat and you have the proof that is isn't...they will go round after round with you and nothing will change their minds because they are not here for that...they have an agenda and it is very clear what it is...
