While I have only been here since the first of April, I assume this board was originally started for people that invested their money in CMKX to get together to discuss their investment , and to offer their opinions on why they think they made a wise choice.
Now I realize that for every positive opinion, theres probably gonna be someone with an opinion that may be just the opposite, and for the good of my billfold I certainly want to hear both sides. Because as much as I like to think I'm always right,my investment results prove that that is not always the case. Therefore I do want to hear both sides.
Now I have no problem with the people that come here who have done their DD and have come up with information that this company may not be all that those of us who are long want it to be, but what I can't figure out are the ones that don't have an investment in this company. Have never had an investment in this company. And never plan on investing in this company, but continue to come here day after day, sometimes spending hours a day here, not only giving us information that they have uncovered, but also posting negative theorys as fact, or in some cases even outright lying.
But here again even though I can't figure out their motives, I do respect their right be here and say what they want to say just as much as those of us who are invested and want to see the company succeed.
Now I may be wrong in my thinking, but I do believe theres a line that can be crossed, and as far as I'm concerned Janice Shell has crossed it. She admitted today she is forwarding posts from here to the SEC. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=3617598

Now, when I ask myself why she would do such a thing, the only reason I can come up with is that it is her mission in life to get trading in this company halted, which would at the least stop any plans that Urban and Roger have and cause the share price to collapse, or if her best dream came true, have the company delisted.

Now, why I am of the opinion that her delusions of grandeur are way overrated, and that the SEC is filing her emails in the s*&T can, it still pisses me off to no end that she is on this board solely for the reason of seeing me and all other longs here lose our investment, which would be the result if any of her dreams were to come true.

I hope the moderators here are taking note of this, as we have found out , there is a mechanism already in place (As fung_derf has discovered) for removing disruptive posters.

These are my opinions only, but I would like to hear the take of some of the other posters here.
