If you own a second hand clothng store you certainly worry about it being enforced. I dont know who is going to enforce it but i doubt it will be police. Maybe it will be selectively enforced to punish political opponents. Who knows? Maybe an entire new govt agency will be created. It is an example of how far we could go. You want to protect Gm and Ford. How about making it illegal to sell used cars? How about refusing to register a car more than 8 years old or more than 10 years old. You want to protect housing company's. Bulldoze older homes. That is the mentality at work.
