otcbargains: You said, "Used clothing and toys are now illegal to sell." That law is NOT enforceable. U think cops are going to spend their time arresting people who have yard sales? And that is why the law was enacted--because retailers' childrens' clothing and toy sales go down every spring when the yard-sale season starts.
IMO, that law is the scariest thing to come out of Congress in many a year. Congress= scum/trash
One more thing. That law also applies to hand-crafted clothing. You need some type of expensive certification that clothing you make for sale is "safe". COMMUNISM. The craft-show people are very upset.
