I am no expert but I would guess that BP sells to the distributer and they then in turn, sell to retailers. To get that information, I would think you would need to contact each distributer to find out who they are selling to. I do not think they would just hand you the contract information because it would show what they pay for the product. Each distributer may pay different prices based on how much they order. More volume = better price.
In terms of projected sales, I, like you will have to wait for a news release. I realize what you are saying, and trust me, I want to know that information as well but we have to keep in mind, they have a business to run. They cannot answer every question that we may have otherwise they would not have the time to get anything done.
