Well Matt I may not want to be part of that environment that I describe but i have no choice but to goto that paticular thread if I still have an inerest in that stock, because there is only one thread allowed on each stock.

I would like to see the same things you do on thread:

No personal attacks, But in this I would like to inlucde no personal attacks by the chairman and the director... not just by us posters, which I have witnessed and still exist and not deleted.

No Spam.. Of course

No factless bashing or pumping.. Agreed... Bashing posts get delted in a hurry it seems, 98% of the other posts are factless pumping, wild price projections from users and directors and they seem to exist without facts.

Civil thread I agree is good.. Civil in my opinion meaning because someone questions aspects of a company , they do not get attacked and constantly attacked because they want some answers and question the director or chairman.. These people should not be made out to be the devil there.. But a questioning investor ..

But then again this is just my opinion and I would never think to know more or less that anyone else, And while in an active thread would think I wouldent be praised one moment when I agree with directors and chairman, then ousted and targeted when I disagree with their agendas..

Otherwise yes these would be good suggestions ...


Facts are all that really matter.. either good or bad against or for a company.. if there are questionable actions they should also be discussed and not feared to meantion .... I really dont believe that these threads are just for longs, but also shorts... shorting is a normal thing... Not that I do it... but I may not be a long or a short ...perhaps just an investor who wants the right answers which have a base , not guessing...

Again... Happy to be here... wish I had more time.. but I think I take enough time out of the workday to watch and read already...


What were your ideas about a "second level director"? I caught somthing in a past message here about that ?

I have one poster in mind that I refere to as basherdude or pumperdude in my mind because it's always so obvious when he's in or out. And, he isn't the only one that does that. It would be so nice to be able to simply discuss the stock without the constant whining or repetitive bash/pumps. Those pumper/basher dudes are the worst! And, they are soooooooo obvious!

Let's say such a situation did happen to exist.

Why would YOu want to hang around this thread, if you knew the condition existed? What would be your motive now that the stock has dropped, when you clearly had no problem with this when the stock was up...

Seems your opinion might change with the changing stock price, just as everybody else would....

I persoanlly don't want to go and read a thread with everybody's feelings, gripes....I want to go and read about research, fact-based opinions on the company...no complaints, personal attacks...

Anyways, now I know your opinion of the current situation...so what is your suggestion? How do we correct this problem?
