He has raised IDCC to a buy and has a target of 38.

I do not have have the report yet.

I hope he sends it to me and allows me to post it but the constant bashing of him and his work by some posters here makes him reluctant to share.

Jimlur, I think that all folks want is a fair analyst opinion, which should be somewhat reflective of the thought of the mass opinion.

I also think that TC has something to work with at this time as some of the negativity and uncertainty of litigation against the 2 behemoths of the industry is reduced to one.

And the reality is that Carpenter was more accurate that all the bashers and pumpers on the board. Perhaps more of us will listen to what he has to say and not engage in wishful thinking.

You know Jim, I've come to the conclusion that Carpenter did a fine job, but when you think everyone on this board has to be positive and everyone has to agree with what Carpenter says to soothe his psychi so he keeps following idcc, then I think you're vastly under rating Carpenter.

I think folks should post what they believe and not what makes them a favorite on the board or what has to be positive. Your posts on management haven't always been positive toward management. Should you not post your concerns as it might make Janet upset and not want to converse with you?

Carpenter is doing fine and I think he's more concerned with providing himself a living by being as accurate as he can and I doubt he's too concerned as to what is said on this board. mo. Hope everyone don't start with the silly "If you don't like it, buy some other stock and don't let the door hit you in the azz when you leave." Childish!! .. nic

Jimlur, TC had gotten quite conservative in his expecations (in hindsight a visionary), but now to be raised to a buy instead of an outperform seems like he's quite pleased with the settlement and future prospects - would you say he is passing by Boenning & Scattergood in his optimism?

Just curious on your take based on your conversation?

It seems a buy rating from TC versus and outperform is a bit of a turn-around, as TC had over the last six months or so taken a show-me-the-money stance on this investment. He is now sounding more optimistic than Boenning and Scattergood-rating wise and price target.

I was wondering if you sensed this level of optimism based on your conversation with him?
