My impression is that they haven't even shot any of the broadcast segments yet. I think they're waiting until there's enough to see at the plant.... which is rapidly becoming a reality. Also... when you say that he said "another two of those huge new OTR buffers"... does that mean that there will be 4 of them, or is he referring to completing the installation of the first two monsters?
