Green - You did not answer my question:

"Please provide the message board with one statement by Laidlaw's management that the Laidlaw-Berlin project is contingent on CP going away... That simply is not true..."

Obviously, institutional investors would not have funded the property purchase agreement for the Laidlaw-Berlin project unless they (both the investors and the Company) were confident this issue would be resolved...

Nor would PSNH be partnering with Laidlaw unless PSNH was also confident the issue would be resolved...
