Can you explain why the filing for Effective Control Transport Corporation
(Corporation # 7050615 BN # 839460698RC0001 created 2008/09/24)
does not indicate any parent company?

Under the section labeled "Parent/Subsidiary" is an entry that reads
"No parent/subsidiary information for this corporation." So did Mr. Huppe
forget to include it on the application or ...?

Been saying all the time. Is Mr. Huppe slowly emptying this "shell" so he can start over with this new company? and if so, what happens to all the shareholders of EFFC. For some reason it seems the "longs" dont care so much about the option of this happening.
