No clarification has never been made about the relation between Effective Control Transport Corporation and Effective Control Transport Inc. I made a check on the Canadian corporation registry and Effective Control Transport Corporation is still a company owned solely by M. Huppé.

Therefore, this LOI is made between Shaw and M. Huppe's own company and should not be cited unless EFFC publish the papers that indicate a change in ownership.
