I don't think that without any surprising details from Samung it will get anywhere close to 35, regardless the open interest.

I expect to reach 30-32 after the news, than a profit taking and slowly climbing to 35, probably in 2 months. The market will price in the Samsung settlement in a minute but takes a while till it understands the EPS implications (lower legal feess).

Well it looks like old Harry got a little seed money to put an auger on that dildo the engineers have been creating for the last 13 years. I expect that thing has the slim chip inside and plenty of Tantivy antennae attached. It is probably the first standards compliant 3 and 4g product type in the world. Who knows, maybe IDCC will manufacture several of these babies for use in the war on terror. I suppose the USA could get a little more than name, rank and serial number out of a captured terrorist when they rolled one of those babies into the interrogation room. Bandwidth allocation may be a problem with these products, but our engineers can solve those quickly. Just a few more weeks before we know how bright the future will be. I can still remember being on the phone with you when the Ericy annoncement came down. I believe that was the first and only time the two of us were speechless in our lifetimes. It will be better this time around.
