Look at the open interest in the January calls up to and including the $35.00 calls it is over 3 million shares. You add the present in the money January calls, with those that closed in the money Friday, and their is some serious stock buying better be happening and soon.

If the stock should close over $35.00 in January counting shorts and calls that needed to be covered including the December calls they would have to buy almost 7 million shares.

I just don't think they could do it and keep the stock below $50.00 which would just create more need to cover the new in the money calls, it could be a avalanche. They covered a ton of short shares and didn't run the stock up that much this last go around so maybe I am wrong. They will have fewer days to cover before the January calls expire as the holidays will shorten the time and then the 3rd Friday comes on the 16th of January.
