Although that may make sense, I have to ask;

What do you think Nokia had to give up in the UK for IDCC to drop it's counter suit against Nokia upon the conclusion of the TWO legal actions in England?

Just asking, not trying to be argumentative. Wouldn't they have had to disclose everything that's in the agreement, they can't just pick and choose. Certainly such an agreement would be very relevant.
