How much have IDCC and Samsung really disclosed in the recent Samsung resolution 8-K? how much have they disclosed in the Apple 8-K?

I think the 8-K and Merritt comments at the May cc is full disclosure. As I have said, there is no agreement on the rates as of the last cc. That is quite clear from Merritt remarks.
