MickeyB, the ALJ ordered IDCC to turn over their license/settlement offers to Nokia. But not Nokia's offers to IDCC. This was done and discussed. Trust me the board did not miss this

mickey: Perfectly logical hyphothesis. I too wonder why no comments. Maybe it's because of some (or many) don't attach any importance to it.
