How about our legal people enlightning me on the Samsung lawyers seeking from IDCC the NOKIA AGREEMENT. Did IDCC say their was no agreement or rate set? I believe IDCC said they didn't want Samsung to have access to it. I think it was something to said effect.
Maybe this request kind of slipped through the cracks on our board. Shouldn't this have been important to us as investors that something has happened between Nokia and IDCC?
Does IDCC have to produce language not agreed on? So with all due respect what the heck could Samsung be asking for if nothing is agreed on?
