No they don't. Whenever SKS tells us publicly that he can't control this and this one took longer to market than he liked and this one this and that-They have us by the Short Hairs. Anyone of the Gorilla's could let us go out of Business and have their own private bidding war for the Tech. Do you really believe the Spragues would walk away from all these years with nothing. Years ago many posters offered to buy some of these PPS but were told( at least reported on this board) we were'nt qualified. Real Money Cash and we could not get in on the Deals. Years of loyalty keeping Yes keeping this Company afloat by holding stock.
But we shall see. Lucky enough that by trading this stock over the last few years rather than holding all my shares are free, just profits wheter at .01 or $1000sh.

oclv99 / the particulars of this deal are as rare as hens' teeth. I have never heard of a company agreeing to pay a price doubling retroactively for 6 weeks. Dell is clearly motivated to help Wave achieve CFBE.
I wonder who made this decision and what motivated him? I think the deal is unusual enough that Michael Dell himself had to sign off on it. Now it could be that Michael felt this time he had to override his low-cost OEM DNA structure for the good of Wave and therefore Dell. But it could also be that certain goverment agencies recognize the critical role of Wave and placed a few calls to Michael to lend a hand. If so then maybe we'll see a few homeland security type deals in the near future... I recognize this is deep in conspiracy theory and so doesn't pass an Occam razor test. But I don't think Occam's razor is sharp enough to separate dollars from Dell without an added push from uncle Sam.
