Here are some e-mails TO jason, I will not post e-mails from him (I do not believe I got responses to either of these though)

But there are tons of e-mails like this, trying to help in whatever way I could - without even being paid extra.

Anything I said HERE I actually honestly believed was happening or going to happen as I was told.

I get arrogant sometimes because it just angers me that people think I am part of a scam, and there is nothing I can do about it to prove myself.

Shouldnt have been a "cheerleader" I guess, but that is past tense, at the times I had no reason to doubt the business plan.

Hows it going? What are the plans for this week? Sure you are busy getting stuff in order, so just hit me back whenever you can. I'd like to get started working on this project again, if you need any help getting anything organized or have any ideas on how we should proceed with making all our business processes as straightforward and organized as possible, please PLEASE let me know because I would really like to help out and take some of the pressure off of you and James both, because I am pretty much just sitting around doing nothing, I would like to start working even before you begin to pay me so that at least I will know I am contributing and can get some things out of the way before we fully move on.

So tell me whats on your mind, and I am going to CC this to James as well so James please also shoot me a text or an email or you may also give me a call at any time if you think I may be able to help with ANYTHING even if it is not necessarily tech related. Maybe helping out with any documentation, or dealing with some suppliers, or anything that you may need me to do.

I had some ideas to maybe help out getting the investors motivated even post reverse, we should discuss them - its very important that we do get as much information out to them as possible, even if it's not good numbers - they don't want hype as much as they just want truth. We gotta build a good rep from here on, we have a chance to make things work financially and make investors happy, we should really take it for all it's worth. =)

Once everything starts getting on track, I would like to come down to Dallas or to Altus (you name it) so that we can maybe go over everything in person, because I think it would be a lot easier for the both of us to maybe sit down and go over everything that you and James are thinking about, so I can get a better idea of how I may be able to improve business processes on top of the technology stuff vs. just speaking on the phone about it.

I think it would be worth doing before an R/S, and I think we could get it done within a couple weeks...otherwise I guess we can do it after we R/S if that is your plan but that may be too late to salvage existing investor trust and confidence, as I stated on the phone.
