I did not directly call you a liar, nor a conspirator . I am sure it is possible that you were given bad information, and some of your statements were based on the bad information that was communicated to you.

You might really be a good person, but my "perception" of you, and the Brola brothers is this:

The 3 of you remind me of 3 used car salesmen, who own a car lot with a lot full of cars that have been patched up. Most of what is on the lot has altered or fake titles, the mileage has been rolled back on most of the cars, and if someone wanted to buy one of your cars, they would get the response: This car was only driven on Sunday to church and back.....and it was downhill both ways.....

I do have reasons to think that you knew "part" of what was going on with the company and I thought some of your posts showed so much arrogance.
