Haaaaa>lol> Yankee Boy!! I cooked on a Cajun tugboat once and I made this big spread. Roast beef,taters,veggies the works. The whole crew came in all at one time and totally fronted me off.
They all sat down and the Captain said: "What do you get when you have a Yankee in the galley"?
In unison they all yelled "YANKEE FOOD"!!! And then got up and walked out.
I asked one of the riders doing security for a high dollar barge we were towing and his says, it's your gravy.
I go what???
He says, it's not dark enough.
I go, how do I change that.
He says to pour some coffee in it to make it dark, so it did.
All was well.
They got the Yankee Boy good that day....lol
