The company has already increased A/S to 9.8 billion. The purpose of this increase is to compensate several public services (dues from previous management), pay due to MONA, distribute dividends etc, etc. And those shares will have been restricted by some period in the future say 1 year. That's why the share structure has increased, I'm waiting here for the litigation process and when it's won (assuming it will be), 4B shares will be returned in treasury and we can start moving northwards.
