Rumors are nothing in comparison to many excellent achievements...

Court orders are not rumors. I'm sure if someone were to make the effort and
actually go to the court (or contact them) and examine the records they will
find the court order that was issued to turn over the case files despite
BCF not being paid. Of course that takes time and some money and some are
not prepared to make those "investments" in their "investments".
