Why do all that when all you have to do is take a trip up and visit Mr. Raphael Huppe and have him explain everything. Have him sit there smoke a cigarette and smile telling you everything is great. Now that I think of it why even take the trip to see him? just call him or email him. I am sure you will get the real story.
the fever is part of the problem, too high of a fever can make you delirious, we all know who Shaw tracking is and what omnivision and omnitracker is. The question is how many doors has he said he opened in the past year only to have nothing happen with them? Mr. Raphael Huppe is interested in one thing, trying to move the PPS and selling shares and now that that does not work anymore I am sure he is going to sell at any price and move on. IMO He created another company to "try" to start the whole process over again and put it right in a PR to show you all what he is up to. This guy has been making fun of the shareholder right to their faces from day one.
I am sure some investors in EFFC are in this pretty deep but why not at least look for answers outside of Mr. Raphael Huppe and the one "contact"? True the answers will most probably not be pleasant but at least you will have the truth (unless you dont want the truth). To say you have been to Montreal and met everyone says ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, What do you expect to see other then what he wants you to see? How easy is it to have employees working when all he has to do is sell shares to pay them? Yet for some reason every single person or business associate that has left has left on bad terms, why is that? This house of cards is about to come crashing down and no amount of smoke and mirrors will prevent that from happening.
