Correct, but to say the A/S is NOW 5 billion is completely and utterly wrong! It is now 9.8 billion. How can you even argue that?

All of the shares to be issued, once the company is recapitalized, shortly will be restricted shares, and will not enter the market for some time to come.

How long is some time? What is the actual time frame for these shares to re-enter the market? It pays to know these small details.
