On October 22 2002 the company completed a filing on Pink Sheets where amongst other things the company informed the markets that it intends to recapitalize to 9.8 billion shares in order to pay Mon Arc Corp (MONA) for the rights of Beijing Innotrek, TiDi Gaming and certain other obligations. All of the shares to be issued, once the company is recapitalized, shortly will be restricted shares, and will not enter the market for some time to come. The company is currently doing everything in its power to recover approximately some 3.5 billion shares issued by the previous management to various entities, and will provide further updates as they become available.
