LONDON and FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 10/21/08 -- Veridigm, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VRGD) (FRANKFURT: VRGD) (STUT: VRGDSG) (XETRA: VRGD), a UK investment Company (the "Company"), today announced merchant banking & transaction management of the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") to acquire 100% of the equity, assets and liabilities of Mobile Media Unlimited Inc. ("MMU") (a Nevada Corp) in an all stock transaction to be closed during November 2008. Veridigm, Inc. (a Delaware Corp) will be renamed after the Closing.
