FOR VALUE RECEIVED, $100,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND US DOLLARS) the undersigned, Mecanismo Corp (“PAYEE”) Hereby promises to pay to the order of Domark International, Inc (‘DOMK”) (“MAKER”), at Makers venue or at such other place or places as Maker may from time to time designate in writing, the principal sum of $100,000 .
