no not quite..more of a pay for the days as you go..as you need them, just to friendly it up for the less active who would under the current idea...have days getting paid for that they are not using. heaven forbid it get any more expensive lol

AN IRP must disclose that he/she was compensated and the amount of the compensation but not the source of the compensation. Is that correct?
