I can answer that for you as we had this same situation come up recently.

If an IRP has "third party" in their disclaimer, it is a SEC requirement that they disclose "who" that third party is if asked.

The IRP program is not dictating what or how anything should be disclosed. That's between the User and the regulatory agency that has oversight.
