Interstellar gets a discount on the share conversion. Anywhere from 30% - 70% of the current trading price.

If there was $100,000 converion and the current PPS was at 0.01 _ Conversion discount of 50% _ The total shares issued would be 20 million shares _ FMV = $200,000 dollars.

If there was $100,000 converion and the current PPS was at 0.003 _ Conversion discount of 50% _ The total shares issued would be 66.6 million _ FMV = $200,000 dollars.

Price does not matter.







Of course _ all is IMO
