Isn't it then in Interstellars best interest to allow QMNM/Gwenco to operate, get production up to where it's profitable then sell the shares either back to QMNM or on the open market?

Sometimes your arguments defeat themselves.

As for the filing, I'm betting it's simply a matter of protocol at this stage, someone wasn't available to sign or something needs re-wording. I'm used to betting.. I have a whole $1000 riding on QMNM... LOL
