I think you are on to something. It can seem to take forever to get agreement when there are more than two parties involved, particularly when you cannot address them all at once. To demonstrate this, has anyone ever tried to get several outspoken and opinionated friends to agree on where to go to dinner. In the absence of some compromise or capitulation, the haggling can go on forever, and result in everyone being dissatisfied with the final choice. I am dissatisfied, but not surprised that we do not have complete agreement of the parties at this point, but I am encouraged that the delay is less than a week. Another thing, don't expect the judge to cram a solution down anyone's throat. He will try to balance the interests of all. Not an easy or enviable job. Once again, we have no choice but to be patient and hope for the best, meanwhile letting those hard working miners grapple with the rock, dirt, and coal. You would not want their job either.

Nice stretch, nd. There is a lot of reason to hype QMNM because it effects your pocketbook. But the truth is, the history of QMNM has been years of delays and broken promises. Don't expect that to change at this point. It's looking like we are seeing the beginning of the end.

The point was: If QMNM/Gwenco has resolved all creditor disputes, there would not be a necessity to postpone the filing of the plan.

You're grasping at anything to prove your point...I'm sorry if you've lost money on this one, but your arguments are sounding more and more desperate. There is no realistic way to spin it positive: QMNM is not in good shape, and if these matters were, as you put it, already concluded it would be in legal form and available like the others...don't see this being resolved with a handshake. Look how fast the documents were made available...not a whole lot of delay.
