you're showing me a plan dated over a month ago...all those disputes may have been resolved for all you know. where is your proof or document showing which disputes are currently active and which have been resolved??

KOP's documents states they are "awaiting review and approval by the creditors." so i'm guessing the amendments have been made and it needs more time to circulate. the disputes may all agree. there is reason to believe Interstellar is on board at this point.

...they might be resolved. you still have to circulate the new form to make sure all parties agree and that there aren't new disputes arising. slow down, Pedro. keep in step with what is ACTUALLY going on and what we ACTUALLY know.
