So do I. They waited for QMNM to perform all the hard work clearing out the mine and get the machines to the seam. Now that has happened, they play hard ball and will end up with the goods. Sad but true. Happens all the time in the cruel business world. Makes me wonder if all the problems with the machines were occuring during the night when no one was around.

could you please elaborate how it "looks like" they can't reach an agreement?? it that just a gut feeling?

as far as i "heard", there aren't any disagreements, they just haven't contacted everyone yet. i would assume that they dealt with those that were having a problem with first, found a resolution with them finally, and now have to hope everyone else who has been on board will stay that way. that's what i think it "looks like". anyone else?
