could you please elaborate how it "looks like" they can't reach an agreement?? it that just a gut feeling?

as far as i "heard", there aren't any disagreements, they just haven't contacted everyone yet. i would assume that they dealt with those that were having a problem with first, found a resolution with them finally, and now have to hope everyone else who has been on board will stay that way. that's what i think it "looks like". anyone else?
