That is the way I remember it too Mike. I thought they had also put up some cash to LJ, but I could be wrong. Anyhow, I believe LJ would have to buy it back to take over HP. From what I last heard from a friend, LJ was still planning on helping w/ promotions, so it does not seem that he has completely left HFBV. We will know very soon though I assume.

Further down it states:

"On August 9, 2007 the company issued 8,000,000 shares of common stock to
acquire the outstanding stock of Larry Johnson Beverage Group, Inc. (De) and its’ wholly owned
subsidiary True Functionals LLC (De).

So it pretty much confirms HFBV owns everything related to it.

Mike, by the way, can you get the new Hydropower bottles on the iBox and post some pics on Bevnet while you're at it.
