From there scroll down to page 3
It basically states that on August 20, 2007 the company entered into a share exchange agreement with Larry Johnson Beverage Group & subsidiary True Functionals LLC
I am taking this as they own the LJ division...which means they own the brand,trademarks etc. unless some other deal was struck that we don't know about.
I'll try to find more as far as trademarks etc.
