That is the way I remember it too Mike. I thought they had also put up some cash to LJ, but I could be wrong. Anyhow, I believe LJ would have to buy it back to take over HP. From what I last heard from a friend, LJ was still planning on helping w/ promotions, so it does not seem that he has completely left HFBV. We will know very soon though I assume.
