seek Not sure if the perferred can not be sold only converted. If you convert it's 20% discount at the current price at that time. So if under 1... then what.

Not sure at all maybe somebody the really know this stuff can explain.

Seeker, I don't think it would be a bad thing to just take that "sure gain" as it is more than what could ask for in these pink stocks. I for one never made any money so far with buy and hold in a pink sheet stock.

I'm just sure that it won't work that way. No chance. They don't give you a sure profit. Not these guys.

This is the par value of the preferred for issuance. Like common stock par value of .01. Doesn't mean it is worth that.
