Will if the PPS is so bad that converting shows no profit then I guess the common share folks are screwed anyway. So folks in either stock would be losers. I think XXIS will succeed and either will make profits here. Only one way is less risky. JMHO I will shut up now I think you know my view on this. Look forward to others assessment of my opinion and or the offering itself. Interesting stuff.
