believer, thats what I think...it's not worth a dollar you can't sell it...only convert. If you convert it @ .50 seems like I'm buying this twice and I already own it.
Now if the stock price was @ 50 and they don't R/S any further, then my common shares will be worth much more then then the perfered.
not sure all depends what they do with the common shares after the offer.
