It is basic all out fear and uncertainty in the market. That is were the red is coming from. Not many want to hold stock in an economy that could colapse. At least the investors do not know what will happen to the market in the coming days and weeks. People are losing their retirement money. Banks are going under, the Fed is printing money like it is going out of style. We are headed for the worse ecomonmic desaster since the great depression. Sad. Very sad indeed!!!
The 10Q's filed states that no Insiders can hold more than 4.99% of the OS. Further states in 10Q's that Insiders must sell their 4.99% before a new 4.99% is issued and disclosing the selling of Insider shares will create dilution.
The first 9 months of this year, the average monthly OS increased averaged 100 million shares per month.
If the Insiders did not sell their shares, the OS would not increase ... would it?
