The 10Q's filed states that no Insiders can hold more than 4.99% of the OS. Further states in 10Q's that Insiders must sell their 4.99% before a new 4.99% is issued and disclosing the selling of Insider shares will create dilution.
The first 9 months of this year, the average monthly OS increased averaged 100 million shares per month.
If the Insiders did not sell their shares, the OS would not increase ... would it?
