I do not think that it was the one that WEHI shareholders were expecting;

My guess is that the 3rd party and the CEO were buying shares in WGL Delaware (not WEHI shares) and that all WEHI will be cancelled in the next few days. Keep an eye here for the 8-K filing deeming WEHI shares officially worthless;

WGL Delaware shares will remain. Nobody here owns those.
