Krisallweizen, the merger was signed September 24; I do not think that it was the one that WEHI shareholders were expecting; <a href="http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/00221527.pdf" target="_blank">http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/00221527.pdf</a> My guess is that the 3rd party and the CEO were buying shares in WGL Delaware (not WEHI shares) and that all WEHI will be cancelled in the next few days.
