I have been in this stock since last november, and didnt post for the longest time because no activity,I have always said since returning to the board and will continue to say your a great mod. 4HeAlone and thanks for all your hard work.
I for one feel you have been hard working, helpful and honest. If I lose my money here it is my fault, no one made me buy or made me hold. I do not remember you ever telling people what to do. I appreciate all your work.

4HeAlone, I know I am just someone you don't know, a message board poster called "icurnonittwo", but, for what it's worth, let me say this: You are doing a GREAT JOB!!! Myself, and I'm sure others really do appreciate what you are and have done for this board.
As far as the .0001's hitting the market, I say 1. SABATAGE, OR 2. could be shares in exchange for the "up-coming PR's"
Maybe it's neither one of those, who knows, but KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, it IS appreciated.
If i read your post correctly, you are telling me that he filed the REGDEX so that he could sell stock to accredited investors, not to dump them on the open market, and that there will be no dilution of the share structure, and he implied that they have already started to buy back the stock
From this I infer that the sale of the securities related ro the REGDEX was consummated almost immediately, several weeks ago, and that the share structure has not increased since then, but appears to be going down
